🔑 Key Responsibilities Manage the company’s Upwork profile with professionalism and consistency. Write compelling proposals tailored to client needs. Identify and bid on relevant projects in Web, Mobile, Design, and Digital Marketing domains. Build long-term relationships with international clients. Collaborate with the technical team to align proposals with service capabilities. Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

🎯 Requirements 2+ years of proven experience as an Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive. Strong understanding of Upwork platform policies, bidding strategies, and project categories. Excellent communication skills (written & verbal). Ability to craft persuasive proposals and negotiate effectively. Familiarity with IT services such as Web Development, Mobile Apps, Design, SEO, and Content Writing. Strong client-handling and closing skills.
