Successful candidates will lead the development lifecycle from fiscal feasibility through implementation.This position reports to the Senior Manager, Costume Design & DevelopmentThis is a temporary role with no guarantee of permanent placement. What You Will Do Provide daily leadership, coaching, and mentoring to a team of direct & indirect reports, including ensuring the team receives accurate training and understands their role and how to perform it.Review and prepare workflow, resource needs, and action plans while ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer service standards are metCreate financial estimates, spend plans, and regular ongoing financial report-outs for all active projectsEnsure costume standards are being met for operational costumes including but not limited to area functionality, area staffing strategies and cost comparisons.Look for areas of opportunity to improve efficiency for the organization and strive for consistent processes within the department.Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and implementing standards and procedures and aligning with Company guidelinesEstablish an open and encouraging working relationship with co-workers and support staff across the organization, and across partnering teams including but not limited to Art Directors, Inventory Planning and Buying teams.Proactively identify operational issues, recommend and implement strategies to resolve Required Qualifications 5+ years experience in the garment industry with a focus on ready-to-wear/uniform/apparel product development5+ years experience leading salaried and hourly non-union employeesExperience delivering uniform/apparel development projects timely and on-budget while communicating with executive leadership, sponsors, and clientsProblem-solving and conflict resolution experienceExperience working in a fast-paced environment with competing tasksExperience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfactionExperience delivering direct written and
