We are looking for an experienced Technical Writer – Hardware Documentation to join our team in Chennai. What we’re looking for: Proven expertise in creating and maintaining hardware documentation (user manuals, installation/setup guides, service & maintenance docs, quick reference guides). Ability to collaborate with hardware engineers, QA teams, and product managers to capture and structure technical information. Experience with documentation tools (MadCap Flare, FrameMaker, RoboHelp, Confluence, or similar). Strong understanding of hardware systems, components, and workflows. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and Agile methodologies is a plus.
