ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Technical Writer (APAC, with flexible/remote work options) to collaborate with engineering and product teams in planning, authoring, and maintaining user-focused technical content aligned with product goals and content strategy. The role involves shaping future content direction, improving documentation processes, evolving DITA-based structures, and upholding writing standards. Ideal candidates expected to have 4+ years of technical writing experience, strong command of structured authoring (e.g. DITA or XML), and the ability to independently drive documentation in fast-paced, distributed software teams. Experience with AI integration in workflows, mentoring others, and adapting to changing priorities is also valued.
