The ideal candidate will have a strong background in urban planning, infrastructure design, and project management, with the ability to integrate land use, transportation, and environmental considerations into coherent, sustainable master plans. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of long-term master plans for urban, industrial, or mixed-use developments. Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, transport planners, and environmental specialists to ensure integrated planning. Conduct feasibility studies, demographic analysis, and impact assessments to guide development decisions. Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning laws, and sustainability guidelines. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards for planning initiatives. Prepare reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate plans to stakeholders. Implement best practices in sustainable, smart, and resilient urban development. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Proven experience in master planning, urban development, or large-scale infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of GIS, CAD, BIM, or other planning/visualization tools. Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills. Ability to balance technical, social, and environmental considerations in planning.
