Technical Writer Job

Year Two at Infrasity -- we’re hiring experienced folks. Year One was hands-on. I personally screened, hired, and mentored some of the smartest freshers I could find. We built habits together—own the outcome, ship weekly, keep standards high, learn fast. That crew is the foundation.

Year Two is different. We’re bringing in experienced folks who can raise the ceiling: people who’ve owned hard problems, set the bar, mentored others, and care about craft as much as speed.

Who we’re looking for (experience preferred): - Marketing & Product leaders who can own outcomes end-to-end - Growth/PLG operators who love systems, not hacks - Technical writers / demo producers who think like engineers

Year One was talent and foundations, Year Two is standards and scale.
