1. 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 Experience: 6+ years in e-commerce performance marketing

Key Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee the performance marketing function across Meta, Google, CRM, Affiliate, and SEO. - Strategize, execute, and monitor digital campaigns with a focus on ROI and scaling. - Directly run high-performance ads while managing and mentoring the team (SEO specialists, content writers, affiliates). - Drive data-driven growth strategies and optimize budgets across channels.

Ideal Candidate: Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Affiliate Marketing, and CRM tools. Strong analytical and leadership skills. Hands-on mindset with the ability to both manage and execute.

2. 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐫 Experience: 3+ years in e-commerce performance marketing

Key Responsibilities: - Execute and manage Meta & Google Ads campaigns for maximum performance. - Optimize budgets, A/B test creatives, and analyze campaign performance. Stay updated with the latest performance marketing trends and strategies. - Work closely with the Head of Performance Marketing to drive growth.

Ideal Candidate: Strong expertise in Meta & Google Ads. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Self-starter with a results-driven approach.
