Skills & Competencies: Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with excellent grammar, punctuation, and style. Proficient in British English writing. Skilled in technical writing tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, similar tools). Understanding of CCMS is a plus (preferred but not required). Job Description: Create clear, concise, and accurate documentation for our products and services. Write and maintain user manuals, technical guides, system documentation, and other product-related content. Ensure all documentation is easy-to-understand and follows company style guidelines and standards.
