💡 In this role, you’ll: • Deliver accurate, professional video interpreting between BSL and English speakers across diverse industries • Apply industry-specific terminology and follow professional standards (NRCPD, RBSLI) to maintain excellence • Provide exceptional customer service with impartiality, cultural sensitivity, and professionalism

✔️ We’re looking for someone who: • Is NRCPD or RBSLI registered and can provide evidence of re-registration annually • Holds an MA, Postgraduate Diploma, or NVQ Level 6 (or equivalent) in BSL/English Interpreting and Translating • Brings proven experience in public sector BSL interpreting and demonstrates independence and reliability • Can work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail • Has strong communication, organisation, and IT skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach
