Full time role, no agency, we are looking for an individual that will be working with our team Monday- Friday eastern time doing email marketing and graphic design

Role Overview

The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating, scheduling, and analyzing email campaigns using Mailchimp. You’ll ensure our emails are not only visually compelling but also aligned with brand voice, performance-driven, and optimized for conversions. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in both creative content creation and technical campaign management.

Key Responsibilities • Campaign Management: Plan, build, and deploy email campaigns in Mailchimp, including newsletters, product launches, promotions, and automated flows. • Content Creation: Write, design, and edit engaging copy and visuals that align with our brand identity and resonate with our audience. • Segmentation & Targeting: Build and maintain audience lists, segments, and personalization strategies to drive higher open rates and conversions. • Automation: Set up and optimize automated customer journeys (welcome sequences, post-purchase flows, win-back campaigns, etc.). • Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversion rates, unsubscribe rates), prepare weekly/monthly reports, and provide insights for improvement. • A/B Testing: Test subject lines, send times, designs, and messaging for performance optimization. • Compliance: Ensure all campaigns meet best practices for deliverability, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR compliance. • Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to align email campaigns with broader initiatives.

Qualifications • Proven experience in email marketing (Mailchimp required; Klaviyo or other ESPs a plus). • Strong writing, editing, and design sensibilities with an eye for detail. • Understanding of segmentation, deliverability, and list hygiene. • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Familiarity with e-commerce and customer lifecycle marketing.
