🚀 We’re Hiring: Technical Writer 🚀 📍 Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite) 💼 Industry: Long Term Contract Are you passionate about turning complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content? 🔹 What You’ll Do: Work with SMEs, developers, and engineers to capture accurate product knowledge. Create and maintain high-quality documentation such as: User manuals & installation guides FAQs, training materials, and release notes API documentation, developer guides, and technical reports Design visual elements (diagrams, flowcharts, screenshots, videos) to enhance understanding. Ensure content clarity, accuracy, and consistency with style guides. Manage documentation lifecycle using CMS tools and keep it up to date. Gather user feedback to continuously improve documentation quality.

🔹 What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Technical Writer in a technology-driven environment. Strong skills in simplifying technical content for diverse audiences. Familiarity with CMS tools (Confluence, MadCap Flare, etc.). Excellent communication, attention to detail, and collaboration skills.
