About the Role: We’re looking for a passionate (Senior) Content Creative to join Be Group’s Marketing team. In this role, you’ll combine creativity with sharp consumer insights to produce engaging, hyperlocal content that connects with our users. You’ll be involved in crafting campaign ideas, writing impactful copy, and managing social media channels to build brand awareness and drive meaningful actions.

What You’ll Do: - Creative copywriting & content development - Work closely with the Marketing team to develop hyperlocal content for brand awareness and user engagement. - Ideate and conceptualize new campaigns tailored to Be’s users. - Support in-app content creation to ensure accuracy, relevance, and user-friendliness. - Social media monitoring & management - Track consumer trends, preferences, and insights across social media platforms. - Execute and monitor the performance of regional social media campaigns. - Manage responses and user interactions via social channels. - Collaborate with Marketing to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent campaign execution.

What We’re Looking For: - 2–3 years of experience in creative copywriting, with a strong portfolio (experience in internet, mobile, or digital products is a plus). - Prior experience in social media management is highly valued. - Bachelor’s degree in Advertising/Media, Journalism, Mass Communications, or related fields. - A creative mindset with strong communication and storytelling skills. - Open-minded, flexible, and able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Self-motivated with excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
