🔹 Role: Technical Writer 🔹 Experience: 5+ years 🔹 Location: Bengaluru, M.G. Road

🔹 Responsibilities: • Develop user manuals, installation guides, troubleshooting docs, training slides & videos • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cybersecurity experts • Create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for software & hardware products • Maintain knowledgebase articles, FAQs, and online help systems • Ensure documentation consistency and adherence to company standards

🔹 Mandatory Skills: • Strong technical writing experience for software/hardware products • Proficient with Word, PDF editors, PowerPoint, and documentation tools • Experience creating training slides and videos • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, protocols, and frameworks • Excellent written and verbal communication with keen attention to detail
