Technical Writer – FinTech
🔧 Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and clients to gather and document business and technical requirements. Define and maintain documentation for system architecture, workflows, APIs, and integration points. Analyze integration with payment gateways, banking APIs, and core financial systems (e.g. Uzcard, Humo, Paynet, ABS). Identify system dependencies, risks, and security considerations (data integrity, encryption, compliance). Support Agile processes: sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder communication. Ensure documentation is clear, accurate, and accessible for both technical and non-technical audiences.
✅ Requirements: Proven experience in financial services or FinTech environments. Strong knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP), JSON/XML, ISO 20022, and secure integration practices. Understanding of payment systems, digital wallets, and core banking operations. Familiarity with PCI-DSS, OAuth 2.0, SSL/TLS, encryption standards (AES, RSA). Proficiency in system modeling (UML, DFD, ER diagrams). Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and data documentation. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
💡 Nice to Have: Experience with local or regional systems (e.g. Uzcard, Humo, Paynet, Munis). Vendor management and SLA analysis experience. Knowledge of fraud detection and risk mitigation systems.
