What You’ll Do — Lead website redesign to position OneSoil clearly for farmers and enterprise clients, with a focus on lead generation and trial conversion. — Manage digital communication with users (email campaigns, newsletters, in-app notifications) to improve free-to-paid conversion. — Drive qualified traffic and leads via LinkedIn, content marketing, and targeted campaigns. — Support sales with case studies, presentations, and customer stories tailored for European, LATAM, and African markets. — Coordinate with product and sales teams to ensure consistent positioning and messaging. — Track and report KPIs: website leads, LinkedIn engagement, conversion rates to trial. — Create a custom journey & improve the strategy of the sales process. — Coordinate with sales teams, take feedback, and refine inbound marketing accordingly.

What you’ll bring — 3+ years in B2B SaaS or tech marketing (preferably agriculture/industrial tech, but not mandatory). — Proven experience in website projects (working with designers/contractors, building conversion funnels). — Strong background in digital campaigns (LinkedIn, email marketing, lead generation). — Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills in English. — Hands-on with marketing tools (HubSpot / Mailchimp / LinkedIn Ads / Google Analytics or similar). — Strong project management skills, able to coordinate agencies and freelancers. — Results-oriented: track record of delivering qualified leads and measurable conversions.

Nice to have — Experience with conference selection & speaker opportunities. — Knowledge of the European agriculture sector. — Familiarity with mobile app growth strategies.
