#Hiring# #C2C# Job Title: Knowledge Manager / Technical Writer Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite) Overview: We are seeking a skilled Knowledge Manager / Technical Writer to create, maintain, and optimize content supporting our searchable database of answers to RFPs and other knowledge assets. This role requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and usability, while driving content improvements based on metrics and user needs. Key Responsibilities: Write, edit, optimize, and audit Q&A pairs to ensure 100% accuracy and relevance. Continuously review and refresh existing content based on asset management cycles. Apply and contribute to content standards, voice and tone, and messaging guidelines. Collaborate with other Knowledge Managers to ensure consistent product content. Partner with stakeholders across the organization to understand knowledge needs and improve content accessibility. Support content quality control and ensure adherence to best practices. Analyze content metrics to prioritize content development and optimization efforts. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in knowledge management, technical writing, or content management. Familiarity with UX best practices, accessibility, and content system thinking. Experience with knowledge management tools and content management systems. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across complex organizations. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Portfolio or work samples demonstrating relevant writing and knowledge management experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience creating content for RFPs, proposals, or enterprise knowledge bases. Strong analytical skills to interpret content metrics and user feedback.
