For me at EMORI, it has meant: - Building the right team: people join, people leave, and every change feels impactful when you are this small. - Processes breaking down just when you think they are finally in place. - Sleepless nights over cash flow and balancing growth with survival. - Living with constant uncertainty: every day is a mix of “this will work” and “will this really work?”
