We’re looking for a Senior Social Media Designer who can turn ideas into scroll-stopping visuals. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:  • Lead visual content direction across multiple client accounts, with a strong focus on LinkedIn-native content.  • Independently conceptualize and design infographics, carousels, and social-native formats for LinkedIn and Instagram.  • Drive the visual storytelling approach in partnership with writers and content strategists.  • Maintain and adapt brand guidelines per client, ensuring consistency and creativity across platforms.  • Create and evolve visual frameworks that align with thought leadership and brand strategy.  • Stay up to date on social media trends, platform features, and emerging tools like Midjourney or AI-based design workflows.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:  • 4+ years of experience in graphic or visual design, with a strong portfolio of social media work.  • Deep understanding of content performance on LinkedIn and Instagram.  • Demonstrated ability to lead design direction and think strategically about content.  • Proficient in Figma and Adobe Photoshop.  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote, fast-moving team.  • Experience balancing multiple brand voices across different client accounts.
