Backed by Venture Studio Capital LLP, we aim to build a strong brand presence through powerful digital storytelling, creative content, and innovative campaigns. We are hiring a Social Media Expert – Manager to lead our digital presence, grow our brand, and create impactful campaigns that drive audience engagement, visibility, and monetisation.
Key Responsibilities - Strategy & Planning - Develop and execute the overall social media and digital marketing strategy for the podcast and company. - Build growth plans across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter (X). - Align content and campaigns with brand objectives, sponsorships, and monetisation goals. - Content & Campaign Management - Create engaging, creative, and high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, shorts, carousels). - Lead LinkedIn campaigns to build B2B visibility and partnerships. - Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads for lead generation and brand growth. - Experiment with AI tools, automation, and new content formats to stay ahead of trends. - Analytics & Reporting - Monitor growth metrics, ad performance, and engagement KPIs. - Prepare weekly/monthly reports and suggest improvements for maximum ROI. - Collaboration & Leadership - Work closely with the content, sales, and leadership teams for integrated campaigns. - Manage external vendors, agencies, and interns (if required). - Act as the brand voice across social platforms.
Qualifications & Skills - Graduate/Post-Graduate in Mass Media, Digital Marketing, or Communications. - 6-7 years of experience in social media management, paid campaigns, and content strategy. - Proven expertise in LinkedIn B2B marketing, Google Ads, and Meta Ads. Strong storytelling, copywriting, and creative design sense (knowledge of Canva/Photoshop/AI tools). - Analytical mindset with proficiency in social media analytics and ad optimisation. Leadership qualities with the ability to own and scale social media independently.
