*Key Responsibilities:*

*1.Interpretation & Translation:** Provide real-time interpretation for meetings, calls, and factory visits, and translate important documents like emails, reports, and presentations.

*2.Sales Support:* Assist Japanese sales managers by maintaining client relationships, preparing sales documents such as purchase orders and invoices, and tracking sales activities.

*3.Client & Supplier Communication:* Act as a liaison with Japanese clients and overseas suppliers to resolve issues and ensure smooth business operations.

*4.Market & Product Knowledge:* Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity in the Japanese market.

*5.Administrative Tasks:* Handle administrative tasks related to sales orders, including order entry, verification, and customer follow-up.
