🎓 Eligibility ▪️ Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply (30% – 70% ratio maintained) ▪️Minimum 6 months of BPO Customer Service experience (any domain) preferred ▪️Graduate preferred / Undergraduates also eligible ▪️Good communication skills in English & Hindi (No MTI/RTI | Versant Level 5)

💰 Salary 👩‍💼 Experienced: ₹21,000 In-hand 👨‍🎓 Freshers: ₹16,000 In-hand

🕒 Shift & Work Details ▪️5 working days | 2 rotational week-offs ▪️Login Hours: 10.5 hrs/day (9.5 hrs working) ▪️Training: 6 days (9.5 hrs/day)

Shift Timing: 👩 Females: 6 AM – 8 PM 👨 Males: 24/7 rotational shifts 🚫 No cab/transport facility provided
