𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨 - Plan & execute monthly content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & TikTok -Research audience insights to create emotionally resonant content - Write creative captions, post copies, ad content & short scripts (Bangla + English) - Develop compelling TVC / OVC scripts with strong storytelling elements - Collaborate with designers to bring concepts to life through visuals - Track content performance & suggest data-driven optimizations - Brainstorm ideas and shape strong content strategies for brands

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫 - A creative mind who understands audience psychology & digital storytelling - 2+ year of experience in content writing, planning, or social media marketing - Strong writing skills in Bangla & English - Basic knowledge of Canva, Notion, or any project management tool - Experience in TVC/OVC scripting, brand tone development, or ad copywriting - Self-motivated, trend-aware, and open to collaboration
