QA Tester Job

W88 are looking for a Senior UX Writer to join our Product Design team and help shape exceptional user experiences through clear, concise, and user-centered content. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, researchers, and engineers to craft intuitive, consistent language across our digital products. Your words will guide users, enhance usability, and strengthen our brand voice across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

- Write and maintain user interface (UI) text, including buttons, labels, menus, error messages, tooltips, onboarding flows, and help content. - Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and researchers to understand user needs and design intent. - Contribute to and maintain a UX writing style guide, terminology, and content standards. - Use research, testing, and data to inform and validate content decisions. - Ensure consistency in voice and tone across platforms and products. - Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on user flows and UX copy. - Advocate for accessible and inclusive language in product content. - Mentor junior UX writers or content designers as needed.

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or related field. - Proven experience writing for digital products, web, or mobile applications. - Strong portfolio demonstrating effective UX writing. - Excellent command of language with strong editing and proofreading skills. - Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. - Experience working in cross-functional teams in agile environments. - Proficiency with design and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Jira, Confluence). - Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).

Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in a Traveling and fintech. - Knowledge of localization/internationalization best practices. - Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
