Telugu to English Translator Needed

I am looking for a Telugu-to-English translator to work on video interviews of farmers for a documentary film.

The task involves listening to the original Telugu video, interpreting it carefully (as the speakers may have fumbles or incomplete sentences), and translating it accurately with minimal interpretation.

This project is for a small non-profit with a moderate budget, and payment will be on a per-word basis.
