Job Summary We are looking for a creative and data-driven SEO & Content Writer to plan, write, and optimize high-quality content that improves search engine rankings, drives organic traffic, and engages target audiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong writing skills, a solid understanding of SEO best practices, and the ability to produce content that converts.

Key Responsibilities

1️ SEO Strategy & Implementation Conduct keyword research to identify high-value topics and target keywords. Develop on-page optimization strategies, including meta titles, meta descriptions, and internal linking. Perform site audits and recommend improvements for technical SEO (site speed, Core Web Vitals, crawl issues, etc.). Monitor and improve website rankings using SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console). Track and analyze performance metrics (traffic, keyword positions, backlinks). 2️ Content Creation & Optimization

Write SEO-optimized content for blogs, landing pages, product descriptions, and website copy. Create engaging, informative, and conversion-focused content that aligns with brand voice. Update and refresh old content to improve rankings and maintain accuracy. Develop content that targets different stages of the buyer’s journey (awareness, consideration, decision). Create compelling headlines, CTAs, and meta descriptions to improve CTR.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field. 1-3 years of proven experience in SEO and content writing. Strong understanding of SEO best practices, Google algorithms, and keyword strategies. Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics). Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to grammar and detail. Knowledge of HTML/CSS for on-page optimization (preferred but not required). Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.). Preferred Skills Experience with link-building strategies and outreach. Knowledge of content marketing funnels and lead generation strategies. Ability to write for multiple formats: blogs, landing pages, product pages, and social media posts. Basic understanding of paid media (Google Ads, social ads) for keyword alignment. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Growth in organic traffic (% increase month-over-month). Improvement in keyword rankings (top 10 SERP results). Increase in user engagement (time on page, bounce rate). Number of backlinks generated from high-quality content. Leads or conversions generated through content marketing.
