Content Strategist Job

We are seeking a Social Media Manager who will be responsible for creating content and developing strategies that drive creator growth and brand impact. This role combines creativity with data-driven decision-making, crafting engaging content, optimizing influencer collaborations, and supporting creators to grow their audience and influence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan, launch, and optimize influencer marketing campaigns across specific assigned social media platforms - Collaborate with internal teams to align influencer initiatives with brand campaigns, product and launches - Track, measure, and report campaign performance using key metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI. - Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging creators to keep campaigns fresh and competitive. - Experiment with new formats (e.g., livestreams, co-branded content, affiliate partnerships) to drive growth and engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Fluent in English (written and spoken) - PREFERRED: 2+ years of experience in social media management, influencer coordination, or content scheduling - Familiar with posting and scheduling on social media - Quick learner who follows instructions well - Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously - Strong communication and teamwork skills.
