Email Marketing Specialist Job

Overview ReEnergized is a U.S.-based wellness and services company seeking a full-time Social Media Manager with strong graphic design and video editing skills. This is a long-term role (not project-based, not BPO). You’ll be responsible for managing our online presence, creating engaging content, and helping us grow across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities: - Develop and manage a content strategy and posting calendar across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Google Business Profile, Website, and Email Marketing. - Create and edit high-quality graphics and videos for campaigns, ads, and social media content. - Use Buffer (or similar scheduling/analytics tools) to plan, schedule, and analyze posts. - Handle backend tasks: analytics, reporting, and ad campaign setup/optimization. - Collaborate closely with leadership and the team to ensure brand alignment. - Optimize campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and attract new clients.

Requirements: - Minimum 2+ years of experience in social media management. - Strong skills in graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing (Premiere, CapCut, or similar). - Familiarity with Buffer or other social scheduling/analytics tools. - Proven ability to create engaging content that drives measurable results. - Excellent English communication skills.

Reliable WFH setup: - Laptop: Intel i5 / Ryzen 5, 8GB+ RAM (16GB preferred). - Internet: Stable 25 Mbps+ connection. - Access to required design/video editing software.

Compensation: $6/hr (full-time, long-term role). Final rate may vary based on skills and experience.
