Content Strategist Job

About the Role We’re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to lead and grow our online presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. This is a fully remote role, perfect for someone who thrives in a digital workspace and enjoys creating content that connects with online audiences.

Responsibilities - Plan and manage daily content across all social channels - Create engaging posts, videos, and stories that connect with our audience - Keep up with the latest trends and try new content formats - Reply to comments and messages to keep the community engaged - Work closely with the creative and marketing teams on campaigns - Track performance and improve strategies based on insights - Collaborate with influencers and content creators - Maintain an organized content calendar

What We’re Looking For - Experience managing social media accounts (experience in beauty or lifestyle is a plus) - Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook - Confident with short-form video editing and in-app tools - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Organized and detail-oriented - Passionate about creative storytelling and online engagement - Reliable internet connection and able to work independently in a remote setup

Work Details - Location: Remote - Hours: Flexible - Schedule: 40 hours/week (open to part-time or full-time)
