Primary skill requirements: · Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (first language-proficiency level) · Ability to structure complex content and explain it in written form in a concise and precise manner. · Proactive approach to information gathering and problem-solving · At least 3 years’ professional experience in technical writing, or in a related field · EFSET C2 level cleared with C2 score. Preferred Skills: · Preferably experienced in software technical writing domain. · Strong understanding of DITA XML and familiarity with technical authoring tools. · Experienced in creating, structuring and maintaining contents for software related products.
