We’re looking for a creative storyteller to lead our digital growth and shape how the world sees SwiftMedix. You’ll craft and execute compelling social media strategies, collaborate with our design team to create stunning content, manage a monthly content calendar, and leverage trends to grow our online community.

Requirements:

- 2–3 years experience in Social Media Management or Content Strategy

- Proven record of managing and growing social handles

- Creativity, trend awareness, and solid communication skills

📞 2. Customer Experience Manager

We’re seeking an empathetic problem-solver to ensure smooth, satisfying experiences for our users. You’ll handle customer inquiries, log issues, manage complaints, and coordinate ride bookings using Bolt’s rider booker platform — ensuring every customer gets the SwiftMedix experience they deserve.

Requirements:

- 2+ years experience in Customer Service or Operations

- Strong communication and multitasking skills

- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
