We’re Hiring – Business Analyst / Technical Writer (Salesforce & .NET) Location: Offshore (India-based, supporting US client) Engagement: Contract (based on project needs)

About the Role: We are looking for 1–2 skilled Business Analysts / Technical Writers to join our team on a short-term project. This role involves documenting business processes, system workflows, and user access for Salesforce and .NET-based pricing tools. The ideal candidate is comfortable reading code, understanding technical systems, and translating complex information into clear documentation. Key Responsibilities: Review and analyze existing systems (Salesforce, pricing tools, .NET applications) Document business rules, workflows, and processes clearly and accurately Assist in creating user access documentation and related guides Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure completeness of documentation Open and understand code as needed to extract relevant information Qualifications: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Writer, or similar role Hands-on experience with Salesforce and .NET systems Ability to read and interpret code for documentation purposes Strong analytical and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred: Prior experience documenting complex enterprise systems Familiarity with pricing tools or CRM-related platforms
