We are Hiring: UX/Social Media Specialist (Remote)

We are seeking a creative UX/Social Media Specialist to craft engaging, user-focused content across our product and digital platforms. This role blends UX writing (crafting in-product guides, FAQs, and onboarding flows) with content creation for social media to enhance brand visibility. The idea role holder will leverage his/her expertise in storytelling and user research to ensure that all written materials are informative, compelling, and accessible.

What You’ll Do: - Craft clear, engaging content for our platform, website, FAQs, help articles, and social media. - Translate complex product features into simple, user-friendly language. - Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to enhance the user experience. - Create SEO-optimized, brand-consistent content that drives growth.

What We’re Looking For: - 3+ years as a UX Writer, Content Designer, or Technical Writer (fintech experience is a plus!) - Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. - Strong understanding of UX principles and user-cantered design. - Experience working with design/product teams, and a portfolio showcasing your work.
