Required Skills & Experience Strong understanding of SIP, VoIP, PBX systems, call routing, conferencing, messaging, and APIs. Experience documenting integrations with platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Slack, RingCentral, Five9, or Genesys. Familiarity with networking basics (firewalls, VPNs, QoS, bandwidth). Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, and related documentation. Knowledge of authentication standards (OAuth2, SAML, SSO). Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to adapt content for technical and semi-technical audiences. Proficiency with Confluence, Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman, and version control systems (GitHub/GitLab). Hands-on testing and troubleshooting documentation experience preferred.
