Translate complex claims processing information into clear, usable documents (SOPs, job aids). Collaborate with SMEs to extract knowledge and reframe for clarity. Review and align new content with existing documentation. Tools: Word, SharePoint, Excel (basic). Work is largely rewriting existing manuals; projects scoped through year-end. Preferred Experience Strong technical writing background. Insurance or healthcare claims processing knowledge highly preferred. Experience working with SMEs to translate technical concepts for broader audiences.
