🧠 Job Role The Social Media Content Developer is responsible for conceptualizing, scripting, and developing engaging digital content strategies that align with brand goals and campaign objectives. This role focuses on storytelling, creative idea generation, scriptwriting, and content planning — while collaborating closely with designers, editors, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life.

📋 Key Responsibilities • Develop monthly content calendars with post ideas, campaign themes, and engagement strategies. • Generate creative concepts for static posts, carousels, reels, and short-form videos. • Write captions, hooks, and ad copies aligned with the brand tone and audience behavior. • Create video scripts, voice-over guidance, and call-to-action flows. • Provide creative briefs to design and video teams outlining visual direction and message intent. • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align content with KPIs and ad objectives. • Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and formats to apply fresh, data-backed ideas. • Analyze content performance and suggest improvements based on reach, engagement, and conversions.

🎓 Educational Qualifications • G.C.E. O/L – Passed • G.C.E. A/L – Passed • Diploma or Degree in Digital Marketing or a related field • SLIM or CIM Marketing qualification holders are highly preferred

🧾 Requirements • Minimum 2+ years of experience in social media content development or a similar role • Strong understanding of digital marketing and brand communication • Excellent writing and creative thinking skills • Ability to work collaboratively with creative teams
