📌 Senior Marketing Manager Build and maintain relationships with Myanmar government ministries (Electric Power, Agriculture & Irrigation, Energy, Health, etc.). Identify project opportunities and gather intelligence on ministry plans and investments. Analyze Myanmar’s political-economic landscape, industrial policies, and tender information Experiences international business development or government relations. Experience liaising with Myanmar ministries or prior government work preferred. Background in international engineering project management or commerce is highly desirable.

📌 Senior Tender Manager (Cost Management Team) Lead cost team and refine the cost management system. Oversee project cost planning, control, and final account settlement. Approve cost plans and advise on significant cost variances. 15 years in cost management for international projects, including 3 years in leadership. Experience with large-scale building projects in Myanmar preferred. Strong skills in contract management, cost control, and risk management.

📌 Cost Manager (Structural / MEP / Finishes) Handle quantity surveying, budget preparation, tender pricing, and subcontractor accounts. Conduct market surveys for materials and equipment pricing. 5 years’ cost management experience in relevant discipline. Experience with tender and execution phases of large-scale projects in Myanmar preferred. Proficiency in standard measurement and pricing methods.

📌 P6 Planning Engineer (Planning & Scheduling Team) Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6. Perform critical path analysis and schedule risk assessments. Monitor progress, analyze variances, and prepare schedule reports. 5 years’ experience as Planning Engineer with Primavera P6 expertise. Experience in Myanmar building/infrastructure sector preferred.

📌 Technical Expert (MEP/Finishes/Structural, Roads & Bridges, Power, New Energy) Provide technical support and solutions for major projects. Review and optimize technical proposals, resolve critical challenges. Participate in technical bids preparation. 8 years in design/construction management with overseas experience. Familiarity with Myanmar technical standards preferred. Excellent technical judgment

📌 BIM Engineer Develop and coordinate BIM models using Revit. Implement BIM protocols, perform clash detection, and generate reports. Train project teams on BIM best practices. 3 years’ experience in BIM role in construction. Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM tools.

📌 Myanmar-Chinese Translator Fluent in speaking and writing Chinese. Responsible for managing online Chinese systems and translations

Working Hours: Mon–Fri (8:30 am – 5:00 pm) Off Days: Sat, Sun & Public Holidays Location: Hledan Center, Kamayut Township
