About Us GrowWithVA, under SLAC Enterprises Pty Ltd, partners with Australian businesses to help them scale through smart and effective digital strategies. We’re currently seeking an Email Marketing Specialist who can create impactful campaigns, build automation flows, and turn emails into a powerful revenue channel for our clients.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promos, nurture flows). Build and optimize automation workflows to increase engagement and conversions. Manage and segment subscriber lists for targeted campaigns. Create compelling email copy and design templates in line with client branding. Monitor and analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions). Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and spam regulations. Collaborate with clients and team members to align campaigns with business goals.

Qualifications Proven experience in email marketing, automation, and campaign optimization. Hands-on expertise in Klaviyo (flows, segmentation, advanced automations). Experience with platforms like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign (a plus). Strong copywriting and content creation skills. Knowledge of A/B testing and performance tracking. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment. Familiarity with Google Analytics and digital marketing fundamentals is a plus.
