🔑 Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns (newsletters, product launches, nurturing sequences, etc.)

Segment audiences and personalize campaigns for maximum impact

Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights

Ensure email deliverability and compliance with regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.)

Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create compelling content and visuals

✅ Requirements:

2–4+ years of proven experience in email marketing (preferably in B2B/B2C growth environments)

Hands-on expertise with tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Instantly, or similar

Strong copywriting skills with a knack for persuasive and engaging email content

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance

Knowledge of A/B testing, automation workflows, and audience segmentation

🌟 Nice to Have:

Experience integrating email campaigns with CRM systems & AI tools

Understanding of broader digital marketing strategies (SEO, Paid Ads, Funnels)
