You will refine AI outputs based on Hindi prompts, ensuring they are accurate, natural, and culturally aligned. This role is ideal for those excited to experiment with Gemini and other generative AI tools, identifying failure modes and documenting edge cases to improve model performance. Key Responsibilities ✅ Review and refine AI-generated images and videos for Hindi prompts ✅ Provide linguistic and cultural feedback to improve model understanding ✅ Identify subtle linguistic and cultural nuances in AI outputs ✅ Test AI prompt effectiveness and output quality using multimodal tools ✅ Document inconsistencies and areas for model improvement ✅ Collaborate with AI researchers and engineers Ideal Qualifications Full professional fluency in Hindi and English Strong reading/writing proficiency in Hindi and Hinglish Deep understanding of regional Hindi dialects, idioms, and expressions Familiarity with Hindi and Indian cultural, social, and linguistic diversity Awareness of trends in Hindi and Indian media and popular culture Interest in AI creativity tools and linguistic prompt visualization Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Compensation & Contract 💵 $7–$11/hr (USD), weekly via Stripe Connect 📄 Independent Contractor 🕒 Start: Immediate | Part-time | Fully remote & asynchronous About Mercor Mercor is a San Francisco–based talent marketplace connecting top experts with leading AI labs and research organizations.
