As our Technical Writer, you’ll transform complex technical concepts into explicit, engaging, and accessible content that empowers users and drives product adoption. You’ll collaborate with developers, product teams, and marketing to create documentation that bridges clarity and technical precision.

🔹 1-3 years of experience in technical writing or documentation, ideally within a SaaS or software company. 🔹 Strong knowledge of Strapi CMS, HTML/CSS, and Markdown. 🔹 Excellent writing and communication skills with a customer-focused approach. 🔹 Proficiency in both business and technical English, including structural editing, stylistic editing, copy editing, and proofreading. 🔹 Understanding of how knowledge content supports self-service and AI tools. 🔹 Strong bias toward action and ownership in ambiguous environments.
