Our agency is working with high-growth founders and brands who are reshaping the business landscape in India. To scale their presence and build communities around them, we’re looking for a Content & Community Strategist who lives at the intersection of:

✨ Personal Branding ✨ Social Media Strategy ✨ Community Building

What You’ll Do

Ghostwrite and craft content for founder-led brands across LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram.

Repurpose content (interviews, talks, workshops, case studies) into posts, reels, newsletters, and email drops.

Manage and grow digital communities: WhatsApp groups, alumni cohorts, private forums, newsletters.

Build content calendars, execute campaigns, and track growth metrics.

We’re Looking For

Experience in social media strategy & personal branding projects.

Strong writing chops and ability to create thumb-stopping content.

Skills in community management, engagement, and funnel-driven growth.

A proactive doer who can think strategically and execute consistently.
