🔰 Job Responsibilities ☑️ Develop and execute brand communication strategies across digital and offline platforms ☑️ Create engaging content for social media, website, newsletters, and campaigns ☑️ Manage social media platforms, increase engagement, and analyze performance metrics ☑️ Coordinate with creative/design team to ensure proper brand identity and message consistency ☑️ Support marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights for brand growth ☑️ Maintain professional communication with clients, partners, and vendors Prepare reports and presentations on brand and communication activities for management ☑️ Handle crisis communication and ensure positive brand image across all channels ☑️ Perform any other duties assigned by the management

🔰 Requirements ☑️ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field ☑️ 1–4 years of experience in branding, communication, or digital marketing Strong skills in content writing, presentation, and communication (Bangla & English) ☑️ Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop or Canva will be an advantage ☑️ Familiarity with social media analytics & digital marketing tools ☑️ Ability to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines ☑️ Creative mindset with attention to detail
