Job Title - Content Strategist / Social Media Executive  Location- Ikoyi, Lagos

About the Role  The Content Strategist / Social Media Executive is responsible for developing strategies/content  that actualize brand objectives as well as managing the public platforms of clients. The  Strategist/Executive will undertake the following responsibilities:

Job Description  * Develop effective content and digital strategies for existing clients and prospects.  * Create sharp, memorable, and compelling written pieces that prompt action.  * Collaborate with Videographers and Multimedia Designers to ensure posts are engaging and aligned with client goals.  * Optimize content for publication across various social media sites *Explore the potential value of social media sites that are not yet in our repertoire.  * Build quality proposals with unique insights and consumer behavior to win new business.  * Deliver insightful consumer, competitive, and market analyses; and develop strategic plans that galvanize our teams.  * Analyze and report on the effects of publications.

Requirements

* A creative storyteller with 3–5 years of copywriting/content and social media experience in a creative, digital, or integrated agency setting. ** Comfort working full-funnel; from awareness-driving concepts to lower-funnel messaging and creative testing frameworks. * Ability to write across tones and formats: emotional brand copy, functional CTAs, video scripts, social captions, headlines, and more. * Curiosity about emerging tools (including AI) and a willingness to explore how they can enhance creative quality, speed, or scalability. * Collaborative spirit, able to work closely with art directors, strategists, etc. * Strong attention to detail, with high standards for both creative execution and editorial quality.
