🗣️ Japanese Interpreter (Semarang) 📍 Location: Semarang, Indonesia

📝 Responsibilities - Provide real-time interpretation (Japanese ⇔ Indonesian/English) during meetings, discussions, and site visits. - Translate business documents, emails, and reports accurately and in a timely manner. - Act as a liaison between Japanese expatriate and local staff, ensuring smooth communication. - Support expatriate’s daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, coordination, and documentation. - Assist in preparing presentation materials and internal communications. Provide cultural and language support to ensure effective cross-cultural collaboration. - Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. - Perform other assistant duties as required to support expatriate’s work in Semarang.

🎯 Requirements - Japanese proficiency: JLPT N2 or above - Strong verbal & written communication skills in Japanese and Indonesian (English is a plus) - Detail-oriented with good time management & organizational skills - Previous experience in interpretation/translation or as an executive assistant is an advantage - Willing to be based in Semarang
