Position: Business Analyst Location: Dallas, TX (Local candidates preferred; relocating OPT candidates also welcome) Work Mode: Hybrid W2 Position

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst with strong communication skills and a solid background in the Real Estate domain to join our team supporting CBRE. The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical abilities, a strong grasp of data interpretation, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business insights and improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Work closely with data teams to interpret and analyze real estate and financial data.

Develop and present reports, dashboards, and insights that support strategic decision-making.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across various business systems.

Translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Support the implementation and enhancement of analytical tools and business processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven experience in the Real Estate domain (commercial or corporate real estate preferred).

Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.

Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar data visualization and analysis tools.

Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and manage multiple priorities.
