Position: Senior Content Writer  Experience: 7–8 years  Location: Pune - WFO

About the Role:  We are looking for a highly skilled and self-driven Senior Technical Writer to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and accurate technical content that supports our products and services. This includes technical documentation, product manuals, blogs, whitepapers, and marketing collaterals aimed at both technical and non-technical audiences.  Key Responsibilities:  Mandatory: IT Services+B2B Experience & Excellent Communication Skill • Develop and maintain comprehensive content including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, newsletters, social media posts, and other marketing/sales material.  • Create, update, and edit technical documents such as user guides, product manuals, quick start guides, FAQs, and product specifications.  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and technical teams to gather detailed insights into features, functionality, and user requirements.  • Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and clarity across all deliverables.  • Translate complex technical information into clear, easy-to-understand content tailored to the target audience.  • Continuously review and improve content to meet evolving user needs and industry standards. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in English, Computer Science, Technology, or a related field.  • 7–8 years of proven experience in technical writing, preferably in SaaS or IT services domains.  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.  • Strong ability to grasp technical concepts and communicate them effectively in simple terms.  • Proficiency in technical writing tools and content management systems.  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work across cross-functional teams.
