OTM is hiring an Interpreter (Audio Call Translation) for one of the global leaders in customer experience management and business process outsourcing (BPO) in the UAE

📍 Location: Dubai 💼 Employment Type: Full-Time 💰 Salary: AED 5,000 (Gross) 🕘 Shifts: Rotational, 9 hrs/day (24/7 operations) 📆 Days Off: 2 rotational days/week

📝 Job Summary: Join our team as an Audio Call Interpreter, facilitating real-time conversations across various sectors—healthcare, emergency, legal, and more. Ensure accurate, clear, and culturally appropriate communication.

🔑 Key Responsibilities: * Interpret live audio calls ( insurance, legal, etc.) * Ensure accurate, confidential communication * Log calls and follow company guidelines * Support both inbound & outbound calls

✅ Requirements: * Based in the UAE * Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) * Fluent in English (C1) + Pashto or Turkish (C1) * Strong communication, memory, and problem-solving skills * Flexible with shifts (24/7 rotation) * Customer service experience is a plus
