Email Marketing Specialist Job

We’re Hiring: Email Marketing Specialist (Remote | Full-Time)

AdsAgenz is expanding its performance marketing team! We work with eCommerce and local brands across North America — driving growth through Meta, Google, and now, Email Marketing.

We’re looking for someone who can: ✅ Build and optimize automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, etc.) ✅ Manage segmentation, deliverability, and list growth ✅ Write high-converting, persuasive email copy ✅ Analyze metrics like open rates, CTRs, and revenue per send

You’ll thrive if you have:

2+ years of email marketing experience (agency or eCommerce preferred)

Strong knowledge of Klaviyo or similar ESPs

A mix of data-driven and creative thinking

SMS or CRM integration experience, and an eye for layout & content design.
