Spanish Email Marketing Specialist Job

🚀 We’re hiring! Social Media & Content Specialist (Bilingual: English/Spanish) 🌍 Remote – Colombia → Panamá → Costa Rica → Honduras → El Salvador → Guatemala → México

Are you a creative storyteller who lives and breathes social media? 🎯 We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Specialist to join our Marketing team. Someone proactive, organized, and passionate about creating meaningful content that connects with audiences across platforms.

If you love writing, designing, and bringing ideas to life (and you switch easily between English and Spanish), this role is for you!

💡 What you’ll do

- Social Media & Community Management - Manage and grow our LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social channels. - Plan, write, and schedule engaging posts that align with our marketing strategy. - Create captivating captions and copy in English. - Engage with our community, responding to comments and messages. - Work with our designer to bring ideas to life visually. - Develop short scripts for social media videos to guide our filmmaker.

Content Creation & Copywriting - Write and publish blog posts about the tech industry (WordPress or similar). - Support internal comms (newsletters, announcements, updates). - Collaborate on campaigns, email marketing, and LinkedIn ads. - Help develop marketing materials, decks, and digital content.

Design Support - Assist in creating social and digital visuals (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut). - Collaborate with the design team to keep visuals and copy in perfect sync.

🧩 What we’re looking for - 2–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or communications. - Excellent writing and copywriting skills in English. - Strong eye for design and experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or CapCut. - Experience managing WordPress or similar CMS tools. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable. - Interest or background in the tech industry is a plus.
