Digital Marketing Manager and Content Strategist If you can turn smart ideas into visible demand, and you enjoy crisp writing, clear numbers, and zero fluff, we should talk. About us We represent employers and business owners. We are based in Austin, Texas, and maintain offices in Wyoming and Colorado. We speak plainly, we move fast, and we measure everything. If you need a committee meeting to publish a LinkedIn post, this will not be your favorite job. Purpose Drive inbound awareness, engagement, and qualified lead generation by turning firm ideas and voice into consistent, high-impact content across channels. What you will own • Build and run a living marketing calendar that covers newsletters, webinars, speaking opportunities, and press • Produce and repurpose content at scale, including blogs, short videos, email campaigns, case studies, and LinkedIn posts that people actually read • Plan and execute paid and organic programs, including LinkedIn ads, search engine optimization, and retargeting, with clear goals and budgets • Set up clean tracking and reporting, including events, and channel-based dashboards that the team can read without a decoder ring • Report on return on investment and pipeline impact across channels, including traffic, sourced leads, conversion rates, and cost per lead • Tune the website for speed, clarity, and conversion, including form strategy, landing pages, and on-page search fundamentals • Support and amplify attorney and consultant thought leadership, including podcast placements, media outreach, and speech prep • Partner with the founder so campaigns map directly to revenue targets and case intake priorities • Keep content compliant with state bar advertising rules, and consistent with our brand voice Skills and experience •At least four years in B2B digital marketing, content marketing, or professional services • Proven results driving qualified leads for a firm or agency clients, with clear numbers you can speak to • Strong writing and editing ability, and a sharp ear for voice • Fluency in CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, and Google Analytics, with comfort in Search Console and LinkedIn Campaign Manager • Working knowledge of landing page testing, keyword research, basic schema, and accessibility best practices for copy and video • Calm under deadlines, and comfortable collaborating with attorneys and subject matter experts • Bonus experience in legal, HR, or investigations industries Success looks like • A steady rise in qualified inbound leads from the right employers • Real growth in brand visibility and engagement, including web traffic, social reach, and invitations to speak • A reliable content engine that ships on schedule, and ties to measurable return on investment
